Dushan Shogan was born in Lekarovce, Czechoslovakia on May 1, 1951 to Anna and Andre Sogan. He was the youngest of three brothers, a proud father of five and grandfather of 9. He was extremely hardworking throughout his entire life and always made sure he took care of his family before himself. His work ethic was unbelievable and he was the true definition of selfless even until his last breath taken at 4:30 pm, shabbat, June 11, 2022. He will sorely be missed and never forgotten.
A funeral service for Dushan will be held Monday, June 13, 2022 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Star of David Memorial Gardens Cemetery and Funeral Chapel, 7701 Bailey Road, North Lauderdale, FL 33068. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Star of David Memorial Gardens Cemetery in the Garden of Aaron II.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dushan's memory may be made to UM Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center (please follow the link below).
