Florence Friedman was born in Baltimore and grew up in New York, attended NYU and later moved to Philadelphia where she raised her son, Robert.
Florence was the kindest, smartest, funniest, most generous mom, aunt and friend that any of us could have ever wanted.
Her abounding love for her son, Robert, her niece, Susan and her nephew, Norman and her loved ones, Al and Rich, will be a treasured gift , forever. All who met her loved her. Her loving spirit will be with us always. She will be missed deeply. May her beautiful, radiant, soul rest in peace. Until we see you again, our dearest mother and aunt…
