My sympathies to the family. Gordie Vatch was a good man. He will be missed.

To the family of Gordie….i am so very sad to learn about Gordie’s passing. My late husband Mordy Gordon was a cousin to Gordie. I first met him in Lathem N Y. Mordy and I were engaged and Gordie invited us to visit. We kept in touch over the years. And when Mordy passed away suddenly, I bought a condo in Century Village. And Lo and behold reconnected with Gordie. I was at his 85th bday celebration. Mordy always spoke very fondly of Gordie. And for me he was a special connection for me to  the Gordon family. He told me many stories of those days that I never knew. I will miss him. Sending my sincere condolences  to the family. May your memories  forever be a source of comfort.
