Howard Weiner, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, was born in Brooklyn, New York, on July 13, 1959, to his parents, Martin and Bernice Weiner. As the oldest of three children, Howard shared his childhood with his beloved sisters, Felice and Sharon.
Howard grew up with a true New York spirit and developed a lifelong love of New York sports. He was passionate about the teams he followed and always enjoyed sharing that passion with those around him.
On March 7, 1987, Howard married the love of his life, Alica. Together, they shared 36 years of marriage, filled with love, laughter, adventures, and countless memories. Their greatest joy was their two children, Mark and Joy, who were the center of Howard’s world and whom he loved more than words could express.
Howard had an incredible sense of adventure and a deep appreciation for seeing the world. After retiring, Howard and Alica, along with their children, made the move to Florida, beginning a new chapter filled with family, fun, and unforgettable experiences.
Howard especially loved cruising and visiting Walt Disney World. Disney became a special part of his life, and he proudly held a Disney World Annual Pass for 14 years. For Howard, these trips were about more than visiting a place—they were about making memories and enjoying life's special moments with the people he loved.
His love of travel took him around the globe, and throughout his lifetime, Howard was fortunate enough to visit more than 95 countries. Each journey gave him another story to tell, another place to remember, and another adventure to share.
Above all, Howard will be remembered for the love he gave to his family and friends and for the memories he created with them. His life was filled with love, family, travel, laughter, and adventure. He leaves behind a lifetime of cherished memories that will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Howard will be deeply missed by his children, Mark and Joy; his sisters, Felice and Sharon; his extended family; and his many friends. His memory will live on through the countless lives he touched and the many wonderful memories he created throughout his life. Howard shared 36 years of love and life with his beloved wife, Alica, and we find comfort in knowing that they are together again. Though they are no longer with us, the love they shared and the memories they created will remain in the hearts of their family and friends forever.
