Linda Yarov Cohen 1946-2019

Cohen, Linda 72, passed away July 2nd surrounded by her family in Boca Raton, Florida. Linda was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio and graduated from Rayen High School. She lost her 9 month courageous battle to a rare cancer. Her love, strength and perseverance was an inspiration to everyone. Linda was a friend to all and loved unconditionally by those whose life she touched.

Linda was the middle child to Cecile and Ralph Yarov and stepdaughter to Hersh Freedman. Linda is survived by her loving husband of 54 years Fred, her sister Terry Moskowitz (Stanley); her sister Renee Cohen and late brother-in-law (Larry); her brother Jerry Yarov (Debby); her brother-in-law and sister-in-law Hope and Ron Rosenberg; Daughter Elise and her husband Jerry Rosenstock; son Sean and his wife Claudette; daughter Robin and her husband Mike Malouf; her beautiful grandchildren Riayn, David, Shani, Tyler, Austin, Paige , Maya, Jayden, Mason. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. A funeral service will be 10:00AM Thursday July 4, 2019 with a Committal service to follow at Star of David Memorial Gardens Cemetery and Funeral Chapel 7701 Bailey Rd North Lauderdale, FL 33068. Shiva will be immediately following the service and on Friday July 5, 2019 12-4 PM at the home of Elisa and Jerry Rosenstock 5268 Boca Marina Cir Boca Raton, FL 33487
