Lynn was a great senior art director/ production manager boss at Halsey Publishing Company. I worked with him for 7 years on inflight magazines.  He hired me as an Art Director to work on several magazine Halsey had at that time.  He gave me a chance in life.  I wish I could go back in time to those days again.
Lynn was a sweet guy to work with and I enjoyed working with him.  Lynn was very supportive in organizing the art department.
We had a great crew:  Artists like Tom Godzik, Richard Merchan, George Cawthorn and Raul Fernandez.  Those were the days when art work was done by hand not by computer crap like today. We were artists craftsman back then!  Lynn was the backbone of Halsey Publishing in getting all the magazines designed, illustrations, layouts, photographs and put into production for print.  

Lynn's favorite restaurant was Marcella's Kitchen and he took me there several times. He liked Italian food! Profecto! The Garlic Rolls!  He was a great father and a solider. Lynn told me stories when he in the service for his country. 

I remembered he adopted a daughter and son... brother and sister in to his family. 
Lynn and his wife wanted a daughter but she told him if you want me you have to take my brother too.  
He was a man with a big heart. 
He lost a wonderful son in a boating accident.  
I was at that funeral.  
Lynn died on October 27th... my birthday is October 28th.  
Life is a mystery... We are born, live, create then die.
