I just read this, was not aware he had passed, my sympathies.. I remember him from the 50s, in Williamsburgh, Brooklyn, and hope I can connect with Miriam, who was my mom, Helen's best friend, and I was friends with Edith and Suzie...when we were little kids...I would love to reconnect with the family, as I have so many good memories for their wonderful family, and their grandparents , the Krausses.

We lived next door to the Marins in early 60's Brooklyn. He was a warm, gracious, pleasant man. I remember him, his family, and our years together fondly. My condolences to his wonderful family on their loss.

To the Marin family: Sorry to hear about his passing. During the early 60's I was a little kid living next door to him and for some reason he always brought a smile to my face.

Maurice Marin was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grand father. He was also a man of great courage who loved unconditionally and enjoyed life to the fullest. I am so happy that I got to see him in Florida two years ago when he was alive and well. May fond memories bring comfort to all who he leaves behind.
