This family is like family to me. I met Ilise in 1993. Then I met her family. I met Nelson when he was a baker at the big BJ’s in Sunrise. What a lovely man. Friendly and kind, as is the whole family.  
Family is everything. Time is precious. I feel lucky to have known him.

Nelson's wife of 64 years, Sandra and their son, Errol, their daughter, Lori and Steve Levin and their daughter, Ilise and Michael Bogart and their grandchildren, Matthew, Michael and Amanda Levin and Hannah and Rebecca Bogart.


Nelson was a tremendous baker who baked cakes for celebrities at Madison Square Garden, as well as being called a horticulturist for his love of plants. He was very proud of his family, his grandchildren and all animals, especially his pets.
