Ross Steven Melamed, 50, of Parkland Florida died Wednesday May 25, 2016. Ross is survived by his wife of 19 years Nicole; children Joshua, Olivia, and Liza; his parents Lee and Honey; his brothers and sisters, Elliot and Christine, Todd and Hardeep, Robin and Allen; nieces and nephews, Adam, Randi, Matthew, Jake, Lauren, Layla, and Aydin.
Ross was born in Springfield New Jersey and later moved to Florida, where he attended the University of Miami and remained a loyal Canes fan sharing with his children his passion he had for The U. Ross was a dedicated husband and father spending his weekends with Josh at hockey games, watching Olivia play soccer or going on “dates” with Liza. He was well respected in the real estate industry for over 25 years. He was blessed with many friendships along the way that he valued greatly. Ross had a “heart of gold”, was loved by all who knew him and his absence will forever be felt.
