Ruth Sanford March 21, 1918- September 15, 2026 (108 Years) Ruth Sanford was born in The Bronx, NY and passed away in Coconut Creek Florida. She and her husband Emanuel were in the restaurant business in Brooklyn, NY . They moved to Florida in the 1970's. While in her 90's Ruth had a heart valve replacement at the University of Miami Hospital.
Her doctor said "I might not be around to check on you but my grandson will" Ruth's first encounter with golf was hitting a golf ball and smashing the window of her home in Seagate Brooklyn. Later on she became an excellent golfer getting several holes in one. Ruth, a truly giving and caring person is survived by her 3 sons, 5 grandchildren 10 great-grandchildren, and a loving family.
