Sheindle Susan Levy passed away on September 2 after a nearly year-long battle with cancer. She was a loving wife, mother of three, and grandmother of seven. Susan was born in West Germany in a refugee camp after WWII and moved to Israel with her parents and brother, where she lived until the beginning of high school. Her family then immigrated to Brooklyn, New York where, several years later, she met the love of her life, Robert. Robert and Susan celebrated their 59th anniversary last month.
Susan is preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Helen. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert, her children Gwen (Paul), Jeff (Tonya), Melissa (Sam), her seven awesome grandchildren, and her brother Josh (Lisa). A Funeral Service will be held at Star of David Memorial Chapel, 7701 Bailey Road, North Lauderdale, FL 33068, US, on September 7, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Committal Service at Bailey Memorial, 7801 Bailey Rd, North Lauderdale, FL 33068, US, on September 7, 2026, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am.
