A funeral service for Toby will be held Monday, February 6, 2023 at 2:45 PM at Star of David Chapel, 7701 Bailey Road, North Lauderdale, FL 33068. Following the funeral service will be a committal service at 3:15 PM at Star of David, 7701 Bailey Road, North Lauderdale, FL 33068.
