Survived by his wife of 52 years, Donna and brothers William of Little Rock and George of Florida, sons Andy Clements and Barclay Clements (Leslie) of North Little Rock, daughter Andrea Jenkins (Adam) of Sherwood and grandchildren Joely Clements, Piper Clements and Eli Jenkins.
He served 4 years in the Air Force and worked many years for the International Union of Operating Engineers, eventually retiring as President and General Manager.
He was a member of Wilson's Tigers and Henderson Flying Club.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 7, from 5-7pm and funeral Thursday, February 8, at 9am at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills in North Little Rock with the burial following at the Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery in North Little Rock.
