A lifelong resident of North Little Rock, AR passed away on February 3, 2021 at the age of 86. She was born on September 8, 1934 to her late parents, Carey Jackson and Etta Alberta Starks.
She is survived by her daughters; Arizona Kennel and Surnora Robinson, her sons; Worley Johnson and Clifton "KeKe" (Ann) Johnson, her stepdaughter, George Anna Tolbert "Bessie," and a host of family, a fourth generation of grandchildren, in-laws, and friends.
She is predeceased by her late husband, Julius Johnson Sr., son Julius Johnson Jr., son Coast "Louis" Johnson, daughter, Mae Helena Perkins, and granddaughter, Shareeva Robinson.
Mrs. Bobbie Rose Johnson, was an educated and experienced Labor and Delivery nurse. She saw the delivery and care of many, many little babies that she loved at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences until the day she retired.
The viewing for Mrs. Bobbie Rose Johnson will be held on Tuesday, February 9 between 5-7 pm at the Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 10 at 1 pm. The burial will follow her service at the Rest Hills Memorial Park. Due to Covid, please wear masks and due to extremely cold weather please dress appropriately.
