

He loved cats, collecting comic books, classic films, history and Star Wars. Luke Skywalker was always his hero. He was a great music fanatic. He especially loved the music of the Beatles since being introduced to them as a child by his father. His family and close friends will miss his intelligence, keen sense of humor and hugs most of all.
Dan leaves to cherish his memory his mother Susan Jackson and step-father Dana Jackson of Sherwood., his former stepchildren Orion Shumpert and Brandon Taylor, his sisters Laura Graham of Austin, Texas and Leah Foster of Washington state, and his aunt and uncle Sammi Ridgeway and Randy Peterson of Batesville, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his father, paternal grandparents, Dr. Julian and Johanna Foster, and maternal grandparents, Earl and Ruby Ridgeway.
Cremation was chosen, and no public services are planned. He will be entombed with his beloved grandparents at Rest Hills Memorial Park in North Little Rock at a later date yet to be determined.
