David was born January 13, 1960, in Little Rock, AR, son of the late Curtis & Esther Bowlby.
He is survived by his sister, Phyllis Lawrenz (Ron) of Southaven, MS; brother in law, Scott Cook (Janet) of North Little Rock, AR; nephews, Greg Lawrenz (Jennifer), daughters, Charlotte & Emilia of Memphis, TN, Brian Lawrenz (Kristina), daughter, Lena of Memphis, TN. Micael Cook (Amy), son, Jack of Cabot, AR; niece, Casey Auvil (Casey), son, Dylan of Mount Clare, WV; grandniece, Jillian Conrad (Jamie) of Searcy, AR; cousins, Dennis Tollefson of Oak Ridge, TN; Becky Sutton Darner of Little Rock, AR.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Tommy Bowlby; sister, Janet Cook; and his niece, Jamie Conrad.
He served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corp.
During his lifetime he worked in numerous professions; for a printing company in the Little Rock area, truckdriver, courier, personnel transportation for the railroad, service station attendant & taxi driver to name a few.
A family Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
