Before retirement she worked for Sammie Gail Sanders Children's Learning Center as a lead teacher. She was a devoted wife, and mother. She enjoyed watching old westerns and cooking programs, sewing, and crafting in her free time. She was a believer in the lord reading her bible daily guidance, understanding and comfort.
She was born September 2, 1952 to Elias and Francisca De Los Reyes in Canal Zone, Panama. On April 28th, 1972 she married the love of her life, Billy Joe Travis from Lonoke, Arkansas.
