Frank and I worked together in the LRSD at the IRC Building for years. He was a very kind, loving and straight forward man. I loved listening to him talk about the Lord, work or even just daily life. He was our protector at work, even when he could barely walk. I will truly miss you Mr. Brumfield.

Love, Jo (as he called me)
