To the Sherrill Family,
Thinking of you Bobby and all of your family. My deepest sympathy to you in the loss of your dad Hubert. Our dads were such good friends and played music together. We had lots of memories growing up as kids with Arkansas Electric Co-op.

Hubert and Lenore were the best neighbors we ever had and became dear friends of ours. Hubert was a very kind and giving person. On one occasion, they were spending the winter in Arizona,, when a terrible electric storm destroyed all of the electric wiring and appliances in our house. His response was, you guys open up our house and live there until they get it repaired. We did just that and believe me, we were forever grateful, as the repairs took 2 months!
We shared so many wonderful times with this dear man, its difficult to single them out, But I do know I always came away with the feeling of being treated like family He was kindhearted, had integrity, loving, talented, very intelligent and gave some of the best advice a person could ever hope for.
I know you will be writing songs, playing you guitar, and singing about you friends and family up there. It was such an honor to call him friend! Rest in peace and know that Anne and Lutz remember and love you always.

I am so glad I got to know Hubert (and you) at Hohokam and have missed you since you left. He was such a gentleman and ran the music program with grace. I recall doing "Shake. Rattle and Roll" with him, which was always fun! I am thinking of you today Lenore in sympathy and recalling the fun times with Hubert. Sorry for your loss Sally Suck

Dear Sherrill Family,
My heart is saddened to learn of Mr. Sherrill’s death. I rang his doorbell many many times as a teenager to visit Vicki. He always greeted me with a smile. I know his heart is happy to see his girl now. I will be out-of-state during his service. Please know that I will be with you in spirit. May God Bless and Keep You during this time.
