

Irv was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Elizabeth "Liz" Daniel, his parents, and a brother Glen Daniel. He was also preceded in death by his dear and life-long friends Herman and Miriam Lee, Roy and Rose Glover and Bobby and Willie Glover.
He is survived by four children, Marc (Michelle) Daniel, Kay (Terry) Wigington, Julie (Gerald) Campbell and Kevin (Carmen) Daniel; grandchildren, Nathan (Sara) Marvin, Daniel Campbell, Megan (Charles) Hanson, Jacob Campbell, Natalie (Turner) Brock, Andrew (Breanna) Daniel, Kayla Daniel, and Caitlyn (Seth) Stamper. He was beloved G2 to his great-grandchildren, Dane, Maksim and Jude Marvin, Kitty, Mae and James Hanson, Gracelynn Daniel, Kacen, and Iviona Hearn, Tra’ Den Martin, Emily and Olivia Ross, and Adylin Stamper. He is also survived by two nieces Leslie Loughhead and Kara Brown of Houston, Texas.
Irv was a lifelong resident of North Little Rock, Arkansas. He graduated from North Little Rock High School in 1949, served in the Army during the Korean war and attended and graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1955. After graduation he started working for his father at a modest print shop across the street from the family home. In the late 1950’s he drove to St. Louis and bought a tabletop press to print flexographic labels. Daniel Label Printing is now one of the largest printing companies in the State of Arkansas with over 85000 square feet and ship worldwide.
He was an avid boater on the Arkansas River and raised his kids and half of North Little Rock going out on his 1957 Chris Craft. There was always room for one more to go! The family would also like to thank Wendy Desizlets, Shannon Hichens, and Edith Rhodes for the love and care given to Dad.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 15th from 5 pm – 7 pm at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home North Little Rock, AR. Funeral will be Friday, May 16th at 9:30 am at Brockington Road Church of the Nazarene, 9860 Brockington Road, Sherwood, AR. Burial will follow the service at Rest Hills Memorial Park, North Little Rock, AR. He loved dogs and asked that you remember the NLR Animal Shelter in lieu of flowers.
