He was my Lieutenant at UALR until he retired. He was a good friend and a great teacher to me, always asking how my family was doing. I will miss you my dear friend, but, I will see you again in Heaven. Psalm 40:1

I worked with Sgt Heath for many years at UALR. We would occasionally run into each other at Home Depot after he retired. Not once did he fail to ask how was my wife doing after he knew of her illness. He was a good man and our condolences to the family.
