February 7th, 1963, Dorthe and Dale Erickson were blessed with a beautiful baby girl, Johanne Kimberly Joyce, who put up quite a fight to enter this world. For the past 47 years, home, to Kim, has been the Conway Human Development Center. Kim’s family will forever be grateful for the love and care she received there.
We would like to thank Bob Clark, Calvin Price, other former Superintendents, and Sarah Murphy, the current Superintendent for all their support over the years. We would also like to give a special thanks to the staff at 18 Birch, Individual Assistance Team, 6 Cedar staff, and the Complete Care Team. For years, these very special people have helped those who cannot help themselves. With that the family would also like to give their thanks to the kitchen staff, for all the special meals prepared for Kim over the years, and the laundry staff.
Kim was preceded in death by her father, Dale Erickson. She left behind her mother Dorthe Erickson of Sherwood, a brother Dean Erickson and his family of Sherwood, a brother Kenneth Erickson of Bryant, and a brother Robert Erickson and family of Farmington.
You were loved. Spread your wings little girl and fly.
