John spent many years in the Air Force where he retired as a Major. He then became a Real Estate Agent, worked as a car salesman, as well as various other jobs. He was a member of Friendly Chapel Church. He loved his family very much and looked forward to visits from them. He enjoyed telling stories to others about his kids, grandkids, and his time spent in the Air Force.
John is preceded in death by his parents, John Lotz and Gertrude Bryan as well as his wife of 65 years, Judy Lotz. Surviving family members include his three children; Jeff Lotz (wife Loretta), Joey Lotz (wife Tami), Jennifer Ushery (husband Carlos); his grandchildren Keri Lotz, Jeremy Lotz, Brianna Ushery, Braylin Ushery; his great-grandchildren Bryson Beasley, Brynn Beasley, Analisia Lotz, Jayden Lotz and his half brother Harold Lotz (wife Joanne).
