

Ms. Joyce Faye Smith was welcomed into the life of Parents James and Iola Smith of Cabot, Arkansas on October 21, 1951 she returned to the loving arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 13, 2026.
She professed her faith in Christ at an early age as a faithful member of the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Cabot, Arkansas. Following in her young adult and adult years as an active member of The Clayton Chapel Baptist Church of Sherwood, Arkansas. Her Faith was a cornerstone of her life.
Joyce attended Harris Elementary and Harris High School having graduated as a member of the class of 1969. Following graduation, she attended and graduated from Draughon School of Business in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Professionally she spent over forty years in the Retail Industry, having won numerous career awards along with continuously being recognized for her Outstanding professionalism, dedicated Service, and Supervisory Skills.
She loved and lived a truly blessed life; family was everything to her. Cherishing the love of her brothers as they truly loved and adored her. In addition, she enjoyed Travel, Entertainment, Reading and Sports. She had a gift for seeing the best in people, and she gave her love without reservation.
She was proceeded in death by her Parents James and Iola Smith
She leaves to cherish her memory two loving Brothers: James Edward Smith (Sandra) of North Little Rock, Arkansas and Don Walter Smith (Otistene) of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Two Nieces: Jamee Michelle Smith of Jonesboro Arkansas, Randall Ashton Rangelova of Silver Springs Maryland, Two Great Nieces: Daisy Krumova Rangelova of Silver Springs, Maryland and Hailey Valentina Vargas of Silver Springs, Maryland, along with many extended family members and dear friends.
The family will recieve friends at a Visitation from 5pm-7pm, Sunday March 22, 2026 at Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock, AR.
A Celebration of Ms. Smith's Life will be held Monday, March 23, 2026 at 11:00am at Clayton Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 215 Manson Road in Sherwood,AR, with Pastor Pernell Maxwell Sr. Burial will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park in North Little Rock, AR.
