Leon and family. Was so sorry to read of June’s passing. She was such a sweet kind soul with such a beautiful warm smile. I know she will be missed by many. The Lord has her wrapped in his arms free of all illness. I had planned on attending visitation this evening but will be unable to since I have the flu. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

When I first met June over 14 years ago, I could see that she loved Jesus. She had a sparkle in her beautiful blue eyes that were filled with His joy. His love filled her and poured from her heart. I remember thinking only a few people on this earth have I actually felt the presence of Jesus.
June was one of those people. She was and will continue to be a beautiful memory, a blessing and a wonderful example of Jesus's love, for the rest of my life.

My Aunt June always had a smile and I never heard her raise her voice in anything but laughter. Even though she was mom's younger sister, she always looked out for Loretta and her kids. They both had 3 girls and one boy, in unison. My mom was a single mother and Aunt June always made sure that helped out so much without ever saying a word, that was how Aunt June was. I remember her bringing us clothes for school and it being like a second Christmas. We didn't go without, not to mention she would bring over food and snacks. Seemed like she always knew! I just wanted you to know Aunt June, it didn't go unnoticed and I love you for that. You set a great example. I love you.
