Kathryn A Gammel

Kathy loved interacting with her customers at Wal-Mart where she worked for several years. She thoroughly enjoyed organizing fundraisers for the Children’s Miracle Network and Arkansas Children’s Hospital. A few of her favorite things were ghost hunting and crocheting a variety of things for her family and friends. Kathy was the daughter of an Air Force veteran, and she would often share amazing stories of the places they were stationed throughout the world; however, if you ask anyone, Kathy would tell you her greatest pastime was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Audrey Ramsey. She lovingly leaves behind the love of her life, husband, and soulmate of 20 years Ricky Gammel of Ward; son, Ronnie (Kaura) of Edmond, OK; daughter, Jenna (Chris) of Cabot, AR; sister, Roni (Chuck) of Cabot, AR; brother, Rick (Teresa) of Cabot, AR; brother, Mike (Jennifer) of England, AR; grandchildren, Jason, Abby, Cameron, Ethan, and Brayden; special friend Jacob; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family would like to express gratitude for the outpouring of love and support from her work family.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday February 28th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills in North Little Rock, AR. All are welcome to come and share wonderful stories of her love and generosity.
