Penny is preceded in death by her father James, mother Vera, and sister Suzanne Webb. She is survived by her sister Beverly Concienne; brother Bill Webb; aunt Louis Becker; son Chris Strickland and his wife Val and their children Rachel, Journey and Dylan; daughter Misty Snyder and her husband Mike and their daughter Madelyn; and son T J Strickland and his wife Brittany and their children Reanna, Samuel, Emma (Josh) and Parker.
Visitation will be Friday, July 23rd at Rest Hills Funeral home at 1:00 and services at 2:00.
