Rhonda Kay Mobbs

Rhonda Kay (Adkisson) Mobbs was born on September 7th, 1953 to Reuben and Charlene Adkisson. She was the baby of 3 siblings and was born in NLR at the old Memorial Hospital. She left this earth too soon for those who loved her & arrived in her heavenly home, on November 10, 2025, in Sherwood, AR. She graduated from Sylvan Hills High School in 1971 and enjoyed meeting with her classmates monthly for lunch & attending class reunions. She was a proud graduate of Faith Bible Institute and hung the diploma in her home. She was a member of The Connection Church in Gravel Ridge where she served in various capacities. She loved gifting everyone with whatever their need or want was & was proud to do so. She always told us that there was a time in her life when she did not have much and wanted to bless others the way she was blessed. It was her way of showing others Jesus. She retired from a nearly 30 year career in retail in 2015.

Rhonda is preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Warren Mobbs, her sister Sherry Tanner, grandmother Ollie Stone, aunt Lucille Stone, mother Charlene Adkisson, and father Reuben Adkisson. She is survived by her daughter Penny Garner & son in law Alan Garner, brother & sister in law Ritchie and Kathy Adkission, Grandson’s Kolbe & Kaleb Garner, daughters in law Anna Garner & Hannah Dixon, Great Grand daughter Merritt Garner and numerous friends and extended family.

Thank you for filling the void in her life when Warren passed away, answering her phone calls/texts, visiting her, & helping her when she needed it.
