He was born March 10, 1947, in Dell, Arkansas, to Willie and Flora Mae Arnold.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two daughters, Rhonda Warden and Donna Neldon, one brother, Mike Arnold, and by two sisters, Willie Mae Parks and Bonnie Rhines.
Roger lived most of his life in Louisiana and worked on oil rigs.
He is survived by one sister, Sheila Parks of Bono, Arkansas; one brother, Leon Arnold of Searcy; sister-in-law, Helen Arnold of Sherwood; and by three grandchildren.
