She was a devoted member of Sylvan Hills First Baptist Church, in Sherwood, AR. Rosemary loved calling the hogs and rarely missed a game.
Rosemary was predeceased by her parents, William P. and Maggie H. Scroggin; her husband, John W. Martin; her brothers, Jack Scroggin, Robert W. and James P. Scroggin; and her sister, Pauline Short.
A visitation will be held on November 22, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, located at 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock, AR 72117.
The funeral service will follow at the same location from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with Bro. Keith officiating.
A committal service will take place from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the same venue.
