

Sandra Griffin, (83) of Conway, Arkansas passed from this life into Gods glorious presence on Thursday, April 24, 2025. She was born on June 25, 1941, in Prescott, AR to Augustus and Amy Evelyn Ingram. She graduated from the Class of 1959 from White Hall High School in 1959.
Sandra is preceded in death by her Father Augutus Ingram; her Mother Amy Evelyn, her stepmother Mellie Ingram; her husband Kenneth Griffin; her son Mitchell Scott Stackhouse; son in law Mike Miller and grandson Jacob Pringle.
Those left to cherish her memories are her children: Tammy Miller (Mike); Kimberly Pringle (Rick); Suzy Winder; step children Kenny Griffin; Regina Jenkins and her siblings Linda Hurd (Lee) and Betty Taylor and brother in law Jimmy Griffin.
She also leaves behind 12 grandchildren that she loved dearly: Matt Miller (Anna); Cody Miller; Delonie Henderson; James Cochran (Ashley); Corey Griffin, Kyler Goins (Treyce); Chloe Winder; Zach Pringle (Brandi); Matt Griffin; Laura Griffin; Brooke Jenkins; Aiden Jenkins and she was blessed with 6 great grandchildren: Destini, Kaleb, Sage ; Layla; Ryder and Caydon.
Sandra cherished moments spent with family and relishing in the warmth of family gatherings and the comfort of their presence. Sandra’s true passion lay in sewing, where she poured her creativity into sewing and making things for family and friends. She enjoyed cooking and baking and she was always searching for a new recipe to try out. She loved planting flowers until she was no longer able to do it anymore due to health issues. She was also a voracious reader and loved reading her bible as well as any Christian related books and she loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and loved to spread his word. Lastly, but most important, she had a close relationship with Jesus Christ. Even when her memory was fading, she knew who her strength was.
The children would like to thank the staff at Christian Care Nursing Center in Texarkana, TX for the countless hours they spent caring for and loving our Mother. We would also like to thank Heritage Home Health & Hospice in Texarkana, TX for such incredible care in her last days. The love and compassion they have all shown was exceptional and thanks to all the friends and family who helped get us through these trying times.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service, 1:00 p.m., at the funeral home. Sandra will be laid to rest following the service at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
