Anita Lynn Cohen passed on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at the age of 70. Born February 8, 1956, in Suffern, New York, Anita was a resident of Miami, Florida.

Anita is survived by her husband, Jacob Cohen, M.D.; her sons, Gil Gerald Cohen (Tammy), Adam Daniel Cohen (Olga), and Tal David Cohen; her daughter, Nicole Lauren Cohen; her grandchildren, Emily, Alina, Lielle & Yoel; and her brother, Michael Weinstein.

A Committal Service will be held at Temple Beth El Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 4900 Griffin Road, Davie, FL 33314, US, on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
