Even though we did not know Bruce well, our memories of him are fond ones.  My husband and I attended two weddings given by mutual friends.  On both occasions as we entered the crowded banquet rooms both Bruce and Sharron immediately came up to us. Because there were no available seats at their dinner table they quickly joined us and could not have been more congenial. Unsolicited acts of kindness truly reflect a person's character. Bruce Botwinick was undoubtedly a man of great character.  Our sincere condolences to Sharron and the family.

Bruce was one of the finest people I have ever had the privilege to know. I am a better person for having known Bruce. G-d rest his soul, I will always think of him fondly.
