Dave was a good friend and mentor.  We always enjoyed being with him.  

Dave Yoffe was the best boss.  He would bring us Hershey bars at Christmas.  He was just so much fun.  

Mr Yoffee was a friend of mine and my father Danny N Bates we loved him very much and have such fond memories of him we talk about how funny he was all the time we will keep you alive in memories and our condolences to his lovely wife Merrill and his daughter Lynn
