Dominic passed away peacefully on Sunday, Sept 12th at the age of 70. He was born and raised in Bucharest, Romania. He emigrated to Israel in 1970. While in Israel, he was drafted to the Israel Defense Forces and fought in the Yom Kippur War. He moved to Miami, FL in 1976.
He worked as a general contractor and constructed many iconic buildings in South Florida. He was an exceptionally skilled craftsman with a keen eye for creating art. When he wasn’t working or fabricating a project, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He loved to travel, enjoyed a good meal and to be with those he loved.
He was a devout catholic but was also very close to the Jewish community. He is survived by two sisters, three daughters and seven grandchildren. Funeral service will be held on Sunday Sept. 19th at Riverside Gordon Memorial Chapel 17250 W Dixie Hwy, North Miami Beach, FL 33162 from 4-8pm.
