Enrique is survived by his wife, Fani Kozolchyk of 48 years; his son Jonathan Kozolchyk and wife Sarah; his daughter Erika Kozolchyk and husband Jason Schaechter; and his son Elliot Kozolchyk; his sister Betty Kozolchyk; his grandchildren Reese, Charlie, Nathan & Cora.
A graveside service for Enrique will be held Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 1:00 PM in Mount Sinai Memorial Park Cemetery, 1125 NW 137 Street, Miami, FL 33168.
