I met Jonny years ago working for a prominent South Florida lighting & logistics company. Jonny was catering to hundreds to thousands in one setting. A decade later and I happen to cross paths with Chef again.  This time a virtuous man with a plan to express his creativity and ingenuity. I'm glad to call him a friend and mentor...

From the moment we met, Jonny’s warm and inviting spirit made me and my friend feel like family. Instant friendship! Jonny’s kindness, humor, fun spirit and caring made visits to the Vegan Village even more special.  I miss him and can only imagine what hole his absence leaves in your hearts. I pray you find comfort in the beautiful memories you have of Jon. Please know how many people he has helped by offering advice, showing them a better way, giving them a chance when others would not, or by offering a safe, loving fun place during a very bleak time to show us that life is still beautiful. Was a shock tonight when I heard of Jon's passing. I've only known him for a few years. Most of our discussions were about either business or torah. The Torah discussions were very positively animated. 
Wish I had known about the levaya. 
May you be comforted with all the mourners of Zion and jerusalem.
