Good friend and colleague.My sincere condolences. 

To the family of Lawrence Rand,
I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Larry for many years.  He was a kind and caring person.  I am so very sorry to hear about his passing.  It was always  comforting to be in his company.  Larry was a very funny person  and he knew how to make all of us laugh.  May he rest in peace and he will always be missed by all of us. 
May God richly bless you all.

Larry and I were classmates in the police academy. He was a lot of fun to be around and an overall great guy. He will be missed.
