Mr. Michael Vayner, born on December 9, 1949, passed away on November 12, 2025, at the age of 75. He was a resident of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

He is survived by his wife, Rachel, and his sons, Alan and Yosef, as well as all who knew and loved him.

A graveside funeral service will be held at Shalom Gardens, located at 15011 West Dixie Highway, North Miami, FL 33181. The service is scheduled for November 14, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
