There is not one day that has passed that I do not think of my dear friend Nancy, I pray for continuous healing for all her family members. 
I cherish all of our memories as friendly, competitors servicing our clients together. Nancy’s good sense of humor always made me and everyone around us smile.

Wow, can’t believe it’s been a year already! The news that you had passed truly shocked me to my core. One cannot ever make sense of someone gone too soon—especially someone so full of energy and life. In reading all the messages, it is clear Nancy left a void in many people’s lives that would be hard to fill. Every time I prepare my rent check, I still (to this very day) start to write “Nancy Drobner,”. It still feels strange that you have gone. It really doesn’t seem fair, but here we are. Rest in power and in peace dear Nancy.

We first met when I started at Recycled Paper Greetings in 1999 and were instantly friends.  I enjoyed working together and learning from the best.  I was so saddened and shocked to hear about her passing. Rest in peace dear friend. You will be missed by many.

I had the pleasure of knowing Nancy, her late mom and stepdad, and  of course Mitchell. I was the family podiatrist. I was shocked at the news today of hearing of Nancys passing. I will always remember her feistiness and the fierce love she had for her family. She was a wonderful daughter to Adele and an amazing sister to Mitchell. My staff and I will miss her so much! Our hearts are broken! I surely hope she's resting in peace in the arms of her beloved mother. With love! Dr. Amy Dunetz!

Farewell Mi Gringa!

We love her since she visited us in Ecuador our friendship is still alive. 

Nancy was my dearest friend, we shared morning coffee and evening wine (well, just me....and sometimes Armando).  We were each others daily phone call to check in on one another and tell some funny story.  I have heard all of your names through the years and come to know many of you personally as my friend too.  We are now a network of blessed friends to have had Nancy in our lives and all to have crossed paths.  Nancy was like an aunt to my daughter, watching her grow up through the years, giving her advice and "keeping it real" with her.  Her talks I believe helped my daughter when she needed someone else's perspective besides moms that she trusted.  She loved Armando with all her heart and always said she was blessed to have met him. ...and he to have met her as she always included.  We were close souls sisters as I called us, meant to be in each others lives.  I hope I enriched hers as she definitely did mine.  I will miss her daily updates on "my boss" as she called him.  It was her nice name for him when many did not have one.....but she kept me updated on the daily news and kept me laughing.  I will miss our jewelry dates where I had first pick of the new fun baubles she would bring in for her business....she was so talented in so many ways.  Know that as I read each of your memories I heard some special moment with you she shared with me and that she valued her friendships very much as she spoke of you often. My dear friend you are gone too soon, but I pray at least now happy and at peace with your loving mother. May god watch over you beautiful angels from my life.

I knew you for more than 2 decades. We started out as work mates and found out that we had so much in common. We both had a work ethic that just clicked! Our years on the road with Recycled Paper Greetings were so much fun.
You were the spreadsheet queen! Your gift of numbers and statistics was uncanny, and the two of us could reset a Target store greeting card department in record time. You then brought me into the fold at Komar where you also excelled. We had a blast on cruises, New York jaunts and at the timeshare in Naples.
I will miss our daily FaceTimes discussing politics and the world at large. You were always the voice of reason and could explain why things happened the way they did.  May you Rest In Peace and know that you were loved and a cherished friend. My thoughts are with  Armando, Jan, April and her extended family.

I had worked with Nancy many years at Bloomingdale’s Aventura Intimates department as the specialist for LeMystere & she was my Rep. She came to us with a little LeMystere area & worked Sooo hard to build it up to the successful Dept it became. Her dedication, perseverance determination & her concern was unmatched by anyone!
She had a heart of gold. My prayers & thoughts go out to Armando & her family. We became good friends & I will miss her as everyone will. It’s comforting for me to know she is at peace & with her mom.
I’m hoping to hear that there will be a memorial service & celebration  of her life in the very near future.

I am so sad to hear of Nancy’s passing.    She was a fellow Brand Ambassador who was so sweet and helpful.   Our team will not be the same without her.

My mother and I speak on "choosing our family, " Nancy was one of those people who long before I was around was a dear friend to my mother . Nancy was with my mother in the delivery room when I was born. She was my chosen aunt , I went to her for advice through many stages of my life. I am truly grateful and honored to have known her wonderful spirit. Nancy would always remind me of times when I was a little girl that she  would swing me around in her arms and I would giggle my little head off. Those moments would make her laugh so much , and I can only now think of her laugh and how much of a smile it brings to my heart. 

Nancy I miss and love... keep laughing.  


Nancy will always be in my thoughts as a coworker that did everything with passion. She was a major part of the success in  the stores and the brands she represented and the company she belongs to.

Nancy was part of the brand ambassador program for Komar for the past 8 years. She was such a valuable part of the program, assisting me with payroll weekly and always outspoken on conference calls. Nancy and I shared a bond and friendship that extended work, she was like a big sister to me and i will forever be grateful for her help and guidance through personal situations.  She was loving, kind, fiesty, and above all such a giving human.  I am thankful to have known her and will cherish our memories.  Our relationship was substantially over the phone, but we continued to share challenges and successes both personally and professionally.  RIP Nancy 

Nancy worked with our Komar team and was instrumental  to all. We will all miss her gentleness and her kindness she always showed to all she knew. She trained me, always made herself available for any questions or problems. It's hard to believe she has passed. I just wish I could have given her a big hug before she had passed. I will miss her

Nancy was my landlord. However, she was more than that to me and my daughter. She was a loving sister to her brother Mitchell. She was always at his apartment (he is my neighbor) making sure he had food or whatever he needed. Nancy had so much energy. I will miss her stopping by with her flash of red hair and her New York vibe. Nancy has helped both me and my daughter. She went beyond what most landlords would do. I’m still in shock over this. She was a unique, one of a kind lady. Always putting her brother and her friends’ needs above hers. She always spoke highly of her long-time partner, Armando.  She made me feel like I was family. RIP Nancy. May you join your dear mother, Adele.
