Theodore is survived by his wife, Alisa Leb; daughter Claire Leb Leibowitz (Marc); daughter, Nathalie Bell (Jonathan); son, Michael Leb; and daughter, Stephanie Reinertsen (Anders); 8 grandchildren.
Interment was held at New Montefiore Cemetery, West Baby, New York on Sunday, July 21, 2024
