Survived by Joel Balizer, spouse of 53 years, daughters Dawn (George Thomaidis) Zone and
Michele (Steven) Scheck, son Marc (Heather) Balizer and brother Howard (Susan) Eisler. Her
true blessings were her 7 grandchildren, Benjamin, Jenna, Evan, Haley, Jacob, Sam and Adam.
Funeral Services will be on Monday, June 21st at 11am at Riverside Gordon Memorial Chapels
(17250 West Dixie Highway, North Miami Beach, FL) followed by a graveside service at Lakeside
Memorial Park (10301 NW 25th Street, Miami, FL). The funeral service will be live streamed at

Family will be receiving visitors for Shiva on the following days:
Monday following the funeral at the home of Michele and Steven Scheck (1486 Presidential
Way, Miami). Evening Services will be at 6:30pm.
Tuesday at the home of Michele and Steven Scheck from 11am-2pm and after 6pm. Evening
Services will be at 6:30pm.
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at the home of Joel Balizer (13641 Granada Mist Way, Delray
Beach) from 11am-2pm and after 6pm. Evening Services will be at 6:30pm only on Wednesday
and Thursday.
Saturday and Sunday at the home of Michele and Steven Scheck after 6pm. Evening Services
will be at 6:30pm.
