

Cinette was born on July 23, 1923, in Milot, Haiti, to her beloved parents, Alceus Genty and Maria Turenne. She was raised alongside nine siblings in a family rooted in faith, love, and perseverance.
In 1972, Cinette immigrated to Miami, Florida, in search of greater opportunities for herself and her family. Through hard work and determination, she built a life centered on faith, family, and service. She worked as a housekeeper and was known for her strong work ethic, humility, and dedication to caring for others.
In 1974, she married the love of her life, Bremont Bruno. Together they shared a loving marriage until his passing in 1997. Their bond remained a treasured part of her life, and she carried his memory in her heart for the rest of her days.
Cinette was a woman of deep faith who served the Lord faithfully throughout her life. She feared God all her days and lived according to His Word. Her unwavering trust in the Lord was evident in everything she did, and she never missed an opportunity to share her faith with others. She often reminded her family and everyone she met that education and the love of the Lord were among life's greatest blessings. She believed that faith in God, combined with learning and hard work, could open doors and guide future generations toward a better life.
Known for her generosity and loving spirit, Cinette was a giver who would go out of her way to help anyone in need. She cherished her family above all else and found joy in bringing people together. She loved to sing, was an exceptional cook, and filled her home with warmth, laughter, and delicious meals. Her kindness, wisdom, and unconditional love touched countless lives.
Cinette leaves behind her beloved daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends who will forever cherish her memory.
Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit, her teachings, and her love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her life was a beautiful testament to faith, family, sacrifice, and service.

Visitation will be held at Hillside Church Of God, 7140 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33150, on June 27, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, followed by a Celebration of Life at the same location on June 27, 2026, beginning at 10:00 am.
A Committal Service will take place at Caballero Rivero Southern Memorial Park, 15000 West Dixie Highway, North Miami, FL 33181, on June 27, 2026.
