Cleveland received his education at Miami Northwestern Senior High School where he later graduated. After graduating from high school he enlisted in the U.S. Airforce where he received an Honorable Discharge.
Cleveland worked at the US Postal Service for many years, and later changing his career and working at Mt. Sinai Hospital where he retired.
Cleveland met and married Emma George and to this union one daughter was born. Porsha D. Gaitor-Banks.
Cleveland accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and joined Greater Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Hallandale, Florida. After moving to Miami, Florida he would fellowship with his brother the late Deacon Talmadge Seymour at Liberty Fellowship Church of God under the leadership of Bishop Sam Green.
On Saturday, September 21st, 2024 Cleveland answered the call of God to eternal rest.
He leaves to Cherish his Memories: One daughter Porsha D. Gaitor-Banks(Craig); Three Grandchildren Markeya Inabinett(Derrick), Christyn Banks and Caleb Banks. One sister, Althea Minus-Jones; Two brothers Talmadge and Rudolph Seymour (who preceded him in death). Nieces Tangelar Parker(Wilbert), Latonia Seymour, Laronda Williams, Michelle Minus, Ester Seymour, Carolyn Potter; Nephew Charles Minus; God-mother Barbara Potter. And a host of Great-nieces and Great-nephews, relatives, church family and friends.
