Elsie Jean was born on September 5, 1957 in Terrier Rouge, Haiti and passed away on December 24, 2013 in Miami, Florida and is under the care of Caballero Rivero Southern.
Visitation will be held on January 3, 2014 at 5:00 pm at Southern Memorial Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be held on January 4, 2014 at 10:00 am at St. James Catholic Church .
