Elsie Thompson Souchet, born August 1, 1930 died March 9, 2013. A native of Miami she was the daughter of William and Hazel (Gibson) Thompson. A graduate of Miami Jackson Senior High, 1948. She was married to Raymond Souchet on March 29, 1957 until his death in 2008. She is survived by her four children, Raymond A. Jr., David A., his wife Faye, and Clifford A. Souchet, Nicolle A. Elster, her husband Curtis, grandchildren Aerika and Layla Souchet, Curtis "CJ" Elster, and 3 nephews. Visitation is on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, 5-9PM at Southern Memorial Funeral Home, 15011 West Dixie Hwy, North Miami, Fl. Services are Wednesday, March 13, 11am at Stanton Memorial Baptist Church, 50 NE 119th Street, Miami, Fl followed by grave side services at Dade Memorial Park, 1301 Opa Locka Blvd, North Miami, Fl.
