Homer Woods

He was born April 16, 1939, in Wadley, Alabama. He went home to be with the Lord November 19, 2013. He moved to Miami, Florida in 1959 to seek employment. He is survived by his wife Rita Woods, 2 sisters, Rosa Lee Baty and Ethel Mulkey, 1 brother, George Woods, and many nephews and nieces. His favorite passed time were stock races at the Speedway and traveling. Two of his memorable trips were Niagara Falls with his wife Rita and

visiting family in Alabama. He retired from Winn Dixie of 34 years. The family would like to thank everyone at New Testament Baptist Church and Hospice Care
