Frank was born to proud and doting parents, James and Janie Glueck on May 5, 1984 in Miami, Florida. He was dedicated to God on the alter of Evangel Temple in Miami. He grew up in Biscayne Park, across the street from his dear friend, John Davidson. In his youth, Frank attended Stanton Memorial Baptist Church with his Uncle Harold, Aunt Jenny, and Cousin Jenee, who he loved dearly. Uncle Harold drove the church bus every Sunday morning, as Frank assisted by escorting elderly members to and from the bus. This uncle, nephew team also manned the church library after Sunday services.
In 2002, Frank graduated from Sheridan Hills Christian School, where he excelled academically. He won numerous awards, which included a monetary prize from a private company for the rocket that he designed, built and successfully launched, as his entry in the Broward County Science Fair. He also won numerous awards as a valued member of the Sheridan Hills Golf Team. Frank’s graduating class had the distinction of being the largest at Sheridan Hills Christian, with 44 students receiving a diploma. Frank won the Bright Futures Scholarship as a result of his diligent academic studies. Frank had a part time job at Publix throughout his high school years. and developed a strong work ethic.
He continued his education and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Florida International University. Upon graduation, he obtained a Florida Teacher’s Certificate and taught history and government at COPE Center North, and Charter Schools in Broward County, Florida. He also pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration at that time.
Frank was an avid reader and devoured historical biographies and all types of history books. He found moments of relaxation by listening to classical music, gardening, and cooking gourmet meals for his wife, Meghan, friends and family. He especially enjoyed listening to the memorable sermons of Dr. D. James Kennedy and the Rev. Billy Graham. Frank was an animal lover and had many pets throughout his life, including the pet goose his father got him. But his most loved pets were his 3 legged cat and his dog, Magee.
Frank married his wife, Meghan, in 2011, and they resided in Pembroke Pines, Florida. They had in common their passionate entrepreneurial spirit, drive and ambition. They enjoyed a quiet and peaceful life together and created many beautiful memories. They were very devoted to one another, and loved outdoor activities.
Frank was a brilliant businessman and entrepreneur. Rather than following his career path to law school, he turned his longtime hobby of aquaculture, the cultivation of aquatic plants, into a thriving business. He became a state licensed aquaculturist, which is an extremely unique and specialized field. He cultivated beautiful and brilliantly colored live coral, and shipped to collectors across the United States. His wife was instrumental in the success of his business by creating a fabulous website and assisting with marketing. Frank’s business, Neon Reefs, helped protect the environment and conserve live coral. He was a good and faithful steward of God’s creation.
Frank was loved, respected and admired by all who knew him. He had a compassionate heart for all of humanity. His family adored, treasured and cherished him beyond measure. "He was my North, my South, my East and West/ My working week and my Sunday rest,/ My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song..." W.H. Auden
"And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away." Rev. 21:4
