Growing up in Havana, Cuba, Jose served as a motorcycle officer for the National Police from 1952-1956.
In 1956 Jose immigrated to the United States and resided in Port Chester, NY where he worked at Fair-Chester Motors in Rye.
Not long after moving to North Miami Beach, FL in 1965,
Jose began working at Bell South as an automobile mechanic and retired with over 20 years of service.
He continued to work part time as a security guard until 83 years old.
Jose loved Vincent motorcycles and planting exotic fruit trees.
He is survived by son Robert Orol, daughter Dolores Francesca Orol, grandchildren Robert Orol Jr,
Joseph Orol and great-grandchildren Noah Joseph Orol and Zoe Orol
