in Miami, FL of age-related illnesses. Born to Francois Arthur Megie and Elupcie Celestin in Marigot, Haiti on December 8, 1928. Lilianne is predeceased by her
husband, Frank Antoine Pierre~Louis, her beloved two sisters Nines Megie, Celie Megie David, and her four brothers: Numa Megie, Emile Celestine-Megie, Rossini Megie, and Joseph Megie.
In 1967, Liliane left Haiti seeking a better opportunity for
herself and her family. Her bravery required great sacrifice as she
left her three children: Margaret Harris, Miriam Denoi, and Frank
Pierre-Louis. Through dedication and hard work as a nurse assistant,
she brought her family to America, purchased a home, and put her
youngest child through college.
Liliane’s heart was filled with generosity as demonstrated by her
open door and her willingness to feed those in need. She was a
dedicated follower of Jesus Christ and an active member of the
Catholic church. She was an excellent friend. She loved good food, great company, and possessed an infectious laugh. She loved spending time with family and she was a compassionate soul.
She is survived by her three children, her grandchildren: Karine
Pierre-Louis, Kevin Harris, Kortnie Harris, Jaelle Denoi, Franck
Pierre-Louis, Jodolf Denoi, Brandon Pierre-Louis, and Mia Denoi; and
her great grandchildren: Jereme Pierre-Louis, Oluwadamini
Adelaja, Joshua Adelaja, Olivia Harris, Michael Harris,
Brooklyn Denoi, and Aubrey Denoi. She is survived by cousins, nieces and nephews, in-laws, and countless friends.
